No installations reported.
The diagnostic packages come as a set of shell scripts that in turn call NCL (NCAR Command Language) and NCO (Netcdf Operators) to process model output, generate figures and webpages. These scripts have been installed and adopted to run on Triolith.
Available diagnostic packages
- AMWG_diag5.6: Atmospheric Model Working Group diagnostic package.
- lnd_diag4.1.20: Community Land Model diagnostic package.
