Property:Resource in production

This property indicates whether or not a resource is currently considered to be in production (e.g. accepting user jobs). This is set independently of Property:Commissioning date and Property:Decommissioning date, to facilitate semantic queries and to handle special cases explicitly.
This property is of type boolean.
