The Chrome browser uses its private built-in certificate store for some operating system. First check Exporting a client certificate for an OS-specific instruction.

The procedure for Chrome is similar to the the procedure is pretty similar to the procedure for the Firefox browser except that the Export button is found by navigating Settings -> Show advanced settings... -> HTTPS/SSL Manage Certificates.
