For employees from Umeå University the procedure is as follows to be able to request certificates from the Terena eScience portal:
1. Visit ITS front desk during office hours listed at https://aurora.umu.se/Stod-och-service/it-och-telefoni/fordjupning-IT/IT-tjanstekatalog/Behorighet/eScience-certifikat/ and ask them to give you the right to retrieve Terena-eScience certificates using your UmU CAS id.
2. Follow the instructions on Requesting_a_grid_certificate_using_the_Terena_eScience_Portal
