For employees from KTH the procedure is as follows to be able to request certificates from the terena portal:

1. Go to KTHs IT support page: http://intra.kth.se/it/it-support/it-sc/om-oss-1.30734 and ask them to give to the right to retrieve Terena-certificates using your KTH id.
