For employees at Sveriges Lantbruksuniversitet the procedure is as follows to be able to request certificates from the Terena eScience portal:

https://internt.slu.se/sv/stod-och-service/it/informationssakerhet/certifikat-och-pki/

NOTE: that you need an eScience certificate!

Then follow the instructions on http://snicdocs.nsc.liu.se/wiki/Requesting_a_grid_certificate_using_the_Terena_eScience_Portal.
